Course Objectives

The Sprint Canoeing Online Level 3 Coaching Course is an advanced distance learning program designed to empower and educate coaches from around the globe. Organized in collaboration with the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and hosted by the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), this course aims to train and educate coaches worldwide, promoting excellence in Sprint Canoeing coaching.  Through a comprehensive curriculum, the course enhances theoretical, technical, and practical coaching skills, preparing coaches to lead teams effectively.

Course Structure

The program lasts 10 weeks, running each year from September to November. The program is delivered through Microsoft Teams and E-learning, ensuring a seamless and interactive online learning experience. The Sprint Canoeing Online Level 3 Coaching Course is taught and run exclusively in English. Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency at the minimum of B2 level. This ensures that all participants can comprehend learning materials and actively engage in classes and programs.

The course features online sessions held on Microsoft Teams and online exam periods. All exams are available 48 hours during the weekend.

Application Requirements

• National-level coaching experience in Canoe-Kayak
• Recommendation from National Sports Federation, endorsed by the International Canoe Federation
• Secondary school leaving certificate
• Proficiency in English (Minimum B2 level)
• Reliable internet access and necessary electronic devices

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will receive the "Sprint Canoeing Level 3 Coaching Course" certificate, endorsed by the International Canoe Federation and issued by the Hungarian University of Sports Science.
