Abstracts for English or Hungarian presentations and panel discussions can be submitted to
- the author’s full name, institutional affiliation and email address
- the title of the presentation
- an abstract of maximum 350 words, summarizing the paper’s scope and conclusions
- a statement indicating whether power point or other digital media will be used and whether internet access is required for the presentation
- a brief “bio” of the author(s) of maximum 250 words

Registration
Registration fee
- Participant without presentation: 25 000 HUF (early bird registration until 10th August, then 30 000 HUF)
- Participant with presentation: 20 000 HUF (early bird registration until 10th August, then 25 000 HUF)
- Doctoral students: 13 000 Ft (early bird registration until 10th August, then 18 000 HUF)
- UPE community members (students, lecturers, researchers and other employee) and the moderators of Sportinno4: free of charge (includes lunch on Thursday, BP-BB-BP shuttle service, however, supplementary programs and meals need to be paid separately – please mark your wishes at the registration form and reserve your accommodation in time)
- Corporate exhibitors: 140 000 HUF (including the basic registration fee for 2 persons, further participants pay the regular registration fee)
- Companies who have participated in previous Sport and Innovation Conferences: 110 000 HUF (including the basic registration fee for 2 persons, further participants pay the regular registration fee)
- Printed book of abstracts: 3 000 HUF (digital version available for all registered participants)
The conference fee includes:

Attention:
- Registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE the fee of the recreation programs offered at Balatonboglár (trip, sup, sailing, yoga, zumba, etc.). These are available at a discounted price at Balatonboglár with cash payment at the registration desk.
- Students of UPE who participate free of charge can enter all the presentations and sessions and can have the refreshments, however they are not eligible to lunch, cocktail on the lake reception and welcome package
- Online registration will end on the 10th of September, but opportunity will be provided to buy tickets at the UPE and NEKA campus on the 15th and 16th of September
The online registration period has closed, but we will provide registration on entry at both venues.
